We aim to run our establishment based on both fairness and respect of time for both our clients and our therapists. We’re usually happy to be flexible about the policies when illness or emergencies strike. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policy will be honored.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 12 hours advanced notice to cancel your appointment. Canceling up to 2 hours before the session, we will charge 50% of the scheduled appointment price. Canceling under 2 hours before the session or “no show” will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled appointment price. Should we need to apply the cancellation policy, you will be invoiced via email and this amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you are using a gift certificate, we will deduct the amount from your gift certificate value.
LATE POLICY: In order to remain on schedule, we ask that you please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment and contact us if you expect to be late. We can only allow a 5-minute grace period, after that your appointment time will be cut short and you will be charged for the full amount of the session.
